- Keys taken and given to fitting team
- You can then sit comfortably in our leather seating area
- Kettle on for tea or coffee (most important)
- Friendly chit chat with our office/showroom staff (who will hopefully open the biscuits)
- Watch a little television on our flat screen TV/DVD
- Perhaps you have work to do BUT you need internet access
no problem, we offer a free WiFi access point - Finally, fitting complete, correct operation shown (if required) aftercare explained, payment made, your on your way home feeling happy and more relaxed than when you arrived
