I was very impressed with everyone's level of knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. Your waiting area was most acceptable, unlike many other companies. The refreshments, DVD player and use of your WIFI really makes the day that much better... I am exceedingly happy with my new hood, it is of very good quality, looks great and the price is very reasonable.
